Heating Bill Help Continues

The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) continues to accept applications for home heating assistance through April 30.  Residents in need can apply by visiting www.cdhs.state.co.us/leap or calling 1-866-432-8435. LEAP benefits provide assistance to help families with their heating bills but are not intended to pay the entire bill.   

LEAP is administered locally by Goodwill for El Paso County residents.  Funding comes from the Federal Government and services are provided at no direct cost to El Paso County.
