To better serve the growing needs of the community, Goodwill is relocating its administrative building and consolidating portions of its programs and operations. The organization has put an offer on a building located near the intersection of Garden of the Gods Road and Centennial Boulevard.
Goodwill has out grown the administrative building on West Colorado Avenue that it’s been located in since the early 1960’s. To accommodate growth, Goodwill has several program locations leased throughout the community. The merging of multiple programs and administration into one campus will allow Goodwill to more efficiently deliver mission services.
Goodwill has taken into account feedback from its many stakeholders to ensure their needs are met as part of the planning process. In addition to enhanced programming for clients, the new environment will lead to greater efficiencies for employees. The facility will also serve as a central hub for receiving and processing donated goods.
Goodwill is thrilled with the opportunity of relocating and the many benefits it will bring to clients. The organization anticipates relocating by July of 2012 after a phased move-in process.
